I displayed a series of drawings at the 2008 Art Carnival, in Knoxville, TN. I offered the drawings in exchange for donations, and allowed viewers to leave any dollar amount they saw fit. I had a wonderful response, and was so pleased to observe the interactions that people had with my work, the process of consumerism and desire, and placement of  value on artwork. By the end of the evening I had made quite a bit in donations, had some pieces stolen, some money stolen, and a note written on the back of a bank statement.
